Best Verified GLP-1 Clinics in Spring, TX (2026)

One Spring, TX clinic passes PostDose's four-point standard today. What we confirmed, one NPI address discrepancy you should know about, and what to ask before you book a GLP-1 appointment.

Searching for a GLP-1 clinic in Spring, TX mostly returns clinics describing themselves. This page does the opposite: it lists only clinics with a verified status in our directory, and it says what we could and could not confirm. In Spring, that is currently one clinic.

PostDose evaluated 80 GLP-1 and peptide clinics across the Houston metro and excluded 41 of them in the initial sweep. Our four-point standard asks for a named prescriber active in the federal NPI registry, transparent medication sourcing, a real address, and a public rating of 4.5 stars or higher. A second Spring-area practice in our database remains pending and is deliberately not listed.

Tru Luxe MedSpa and Wellness (Louetta Rd, Spring)

Tru Luxe MedSpa and Wellness lists its address as 5519 Louetta Road, Suite G, Spring, TX 77379 on its own contact page (read 2026-10-19). It is owned by Paulette Senegal, APRN, FNP-C. Public rating: 5.0 stars from 49 reviews. That is a small sample, so treat it as a signal rather than proof.

What we confirmed. Ms. Senegal is listed in the CMS NPI registry as active (NPI 1013489129), as a Family Nurse Practitioner with a Texas license on file; the record was last updated 2026-01-28 (registry API, checked 2026-10-19). The clinic’s weight-loss page describes semaglutide and tirzepatide injections and states that tirzepatide is approved for weight loss under the brand name Zepbound and for type 2 diabetes as Mounjaro.

What you should know.

  • The registry’s practice location differs from the clinic’s address. In the NPI record, the mailing address is the Louetta Road suite above, but the listed practice location is on Kingwood Drive in Kingwood, TX. The clinic’s address and the prescriber’s registry location are not identical. This is common (providers update the registry irregularly), but ask which location will see you and who writes the prescription.
  • Naming a brand is not the same as dispensing it. The weight-loss page explains the approved brands, but we found no statement of which product, or which pharmacy, fills a given prescription. Ask directly whether you will receive Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic or Mounjaro, or a compounded version.

What to ask any Spring clinic

The FDA’s own telehealth red flags include prices that seem too good to be true, no screening by a licensed doctor before medicine is sent, and no licensed doctor available to answer questions afterward. If a clinic cannot answer the questions above plainly, that is the same pattern behind most of our 41 exclusions.
